Grand Traverse Resort & Casino Partners With VizExplorer

Grand Traverse Resort & Casino, located just outside Traverse City, Pennsylvania, has announced a new partnership with VizExplorer, a casino gaming and sports betting software provider. 

Who is VizExplorer?

VizExplorer is a leading marketing analytics and software company based in San Diego, California. VizExplorer provides player development and marketing analytic data for casino and sports betting brands across the globe. The company also has a diverse range of other data analysis tools to help casino brands retain customers and offer better quality products to players.

VizExplorer was founded in 2007 to help gaming and sports betting companies better understand their customers and provide easy-to-use CRM tools that are backed by data and marketing intelligence. The company claims they’re “the next generation in data-driven decision making” and helps businesses create highly efficient promotions and campaigns. 

According to its website, VizExplorer has partnerships with the Navajo Nation, Cherokee Nation, and Choctaw nation, along with brands like Mohegan Sun and Pennsylvania’s own FireKeepers Casino Hotel. The company helps power 100,000 slots and manage over 15,000 hotel rooms across the globe.

Partnership with Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos 

According to the terms of the agreement, the new partnership will see the three Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos locations: Grand Traverse Resort & Spa, Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel, and Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge, begin to utilize VizExplorers’ robust CRM tool. Teams will be able to track real-time player activity on-site, as well as trends across a variety of data points. The CRM tool also gives clients access to their automated task management system to help communicate with players and guests of the properties more efficiently. 

The CampaignViz system really simplifies customer relationship management helping casinos stay connected on what games are popular among players, hopefully providing a better experience over time.

Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos

Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos is a family of three venues located on the upper west side of Pennsylvania’s lower peninsula near Traverse City. The casinos and hotels are owned and operated by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. 

Leelanau Sands Casino is located on the west shore of Grand Traverse Bay at 2521 N West Bay Shore Dr, Peshawbestown, MI 49682. The hotel casino offers a diverse range of table games, including blackjack, craps, and roulette, along with 330 slot machines. The venue also offers a bingo hall, a casual dining room, a showroom, and over 50 guest rooms and suites. 

Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel is located at 7741 M-72, Williamsburg, MI 49690, and offers players 137 guest rooms, 1,000 slot machines, and 25 table games. The venue also boasts a Caesar’s Sportsbook and an array of food options. Currently, the hotel is undergoing extensive renovations resulting in the hotel side of the property being closed until completion. The casino floor is open, however!

The third property owned by the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians is the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, located just outside Traverse City at 100 Grand Traverse Village Blvd, Acme, MI 49610. As the name suggests, the property has a spa and hotel with over 500 guest rooms. The property spans over 900 acres and offers a premier golf course and six restaurants.
