4ThePlayer.com Launches In Pennsylvania

Latest News

Pennsylvania state officials have approved another online casino content creation company to begin offering its games to regulated state casino brands. 4ThePlayer.com is now licensed in two US states, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

New Jersey Development

4ThePlayer.com launched in New Jersey back in August. The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) granted the company a transactional waiver, allowing the brand to partner with gambling operators across the state. The company launched its first games in NJ through Gaming Realms.

At the time, the company’s Business Development Director, Chris Ash, stated the accomplishment was a milestone for the brand and that expansion across additional states would happen soon. In just two months, 4ThePlayer has already expanded to its second state.

Pennsylvania Development

The recent development in Pennsylvania represents another step in 4ThePlayer’s plan to roll out its games across the US market. 4ThePlayer worked with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (MGCB) to ensure their product was up to state standards before entering Pennsylvania’s market.

As with New Jersey, 4ThePlayer will have one game available when they launch, 9k Yeti, the company’s flagship title. The brand announced two other popular titles would join 9k Yeti shortly, 6 Wild Sharks and 3 Secret Cities.

A statement from 4ThePlayer claimed these three titles best showcase what the brand has to offer, “Each title showcases 4ThePlayer’s unique approach to slots with clear player-centric innovations that drive the entertainment experience.”

Players will be able to access the games through Gaming Realms, 4ThePlayer’s US platform partner.

“This is another exciting chapter for 4ThePlayer.com. We are thrilled to have our second state under our belt. Our US rollout and market-specific roadmap are looking very exciting over the next 12-month period; if you would like to know more, we will be attending G2E in Las Vegas, so get in touch to arrange a meeting,” said Chris Ash.

Who is 4ThePlayer.com?

4ThePlayer was founded in 2018 by Andrew Porter, Chris Ash, Thomaz Scalzilli, and Henry McLean. According to the company’s website, the brand is dedicated to creating player-centric, innovative gambling games. The company seeks to create games that utilize the best math profiles, protect their players, and create new gaming experiences, all while being intuitive and easy to use.

The company’s CEO Andrew Porter has over 16 years of online gaming industry experience, holding a variety of management roles at leading online gaming companies. His most recent role before starting 4ThePlayer was as Casino Content Director for Playtech.

Chris Ash, the company’s Business Development Director, started his own brand, Ash Gaming, which was eventually acquired by Playtech in 2011.

9k Yeti

9k Yeti is an artic-themed 6-reel slot game. Players win by forming consecutive symbols starting from left to right. The Yeti symbol is the top-paying symbol in the game. The game also features a Snowstorm free spin feature that awards players when they have three or more “footprints” on any reel. Players can win up to 88 free spins depending on how many footprints are visible.

One area where 4ThePlayer really shines is their BIG Reel Portrait Mode. 4ThePlayer prides itself on creating mobile-friendly options for players. 9K Yeti is no different. Players on mobile devices can select the BIG REEL Portrait Mode to change the display of the reels from left to right to top to bottom. This option enlarges the reels and stacks them on top of each other, making it ideal for mobile devices.

With over 50+ years of combined experience, 4ThePlayer’s team is sure to bring more games to Pennsylvania’s online gaming marketplace in the future.
